We ship all over Italy. Shipping costs vary based on the quantity of goods purchased. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times for shipments as they depend on the working times of the couriers we work with.

Please carefully check the shipping address you entered when placing your order. We are not responsible for any errors in the shipping address provided. If your order is returned due to an error in the shipping address provided, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges for the reshipment.

Shipping cost depends on the shipping method you choose and your shipping address. Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply for large orders or international shipping.

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided when ordering. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery. You may need to collect your order from a collection point designated by the courier.

We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order. The products must be in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. unused, undamaged and with all the original labels and packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, the delivery costs related to the first order and any costs of the payment service with cash on delivery (payment on delivery). Once we have received the goods and verified their conformity, we will proceed to refund the amount of the order, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
